gt77 (accessible at gt77.vu) is an online gaming platform operated under licensing issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the national gaming regulatory authority of the Republic of the Philippines. gt77 offers online casino games including but not limited to live dealer games, electronic slot machines, online bingo, sports betting, e-sabong, and related gaming products to eligible players in the Philippines.

Use of the gt77 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant all of the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered gt77 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by gt77. • Account Sharing: Your gt77 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access your account is prohibited.
• Username Standards: Usernames must not impersonate gt77 staff, other players, or any third party. Usernames containing offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language are not permitted.

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), gt77 is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and periodically during the account lifecycle.

gt77 may request any or all of the following documents for verification purposes:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or voter's ID.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your registered residential address in the Philippines.
• Selfie Verification: A live photograph of you holding your government ID.

gt77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and place account holds pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure. All financial transactions on the gt77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawal Matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically feasible.
• Wagering Prior to Withdrawal: Funds deposited without a bonus must have been wagered at least once before withdrawal may be processed. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a gt77 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

gt77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are issued on a per-player, per-household, per-device, and per-payment-method basis. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus through multiple accounts are fraudulent and will result in forfeiture.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal). The specific multiple will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Cash deposits used to qualify for a bonus are also typically subject to the same wagering multiple unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live casino table games contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–25%). Contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Maximum Bet Under Bonus: While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ₱500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

• gt77's Discretion: gt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. gt77 also reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bonus where it reasonably believes the offer has been abused or claimed in bad faith.

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the gt77 platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and in gt77's game rules documentation:

• Game Integrity: All games hosted on gt77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) under camera surveillance. Neither gt77 nor any of its game providers manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during an active game round, gt77 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using or attempting to use exploits, software bugs, glitches, artificial intelligence tools, betting bots, scripts, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and sports betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, advantage play techniques, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Using proceeds from criminal activity to fund your gt77 account (money laundering), in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and related legislation.
• Allowing a third party, including persons under 21, to access or use your gt77 account.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Attempting to interfere with the gt77 platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or introduction of malicious code.

gt77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Online gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gt77 players and can be activated directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your gt77 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a specified period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you may not log in, deposit, or place wagers.

All content on the gt77 platform — including but not limited to the gt77 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and documentation — is the proprietary intellectual property of gt77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gt77 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gt77 content without express written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the gt77 platform software.
• Use gt77's brand assets, trademarks, or intellectual property for any commercial purpose or in any manner that may suggest endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

gt77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. All personal data collected from Philippine players is handled as described in gt77's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering and using the gt77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including identity documents, financial transaction records, game activity logs, and device/IP information — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. gt77 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gt77's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's gt77 account at the time the claim arises.

gt77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other economic loss arising from:

• Platform unavailability, downtime, or technical errors beyond gt77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information provided on the gt77 platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through lawful gaming activity on the platform.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, acts of government, or civil disturbances.

Nothing in this section shall limit gt77's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

gt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant accounts).
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

Upon account closure (other than for breach or fraud), any remaining verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable processing timelines. Balances derived from bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting gt77 support. Voluntary closure requests do not affect self-exclusion obligations if a self-exclusion has been requested concurrently.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the gt77 platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, contact gt77's 24/7 live chat support. The majority of account and gameplay issues are resolved at this stage. Please provide your account details and a clear description of the issue.

3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after gt77's formal response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority for licensed Philippine online gaming platforms.

All disputes concerning game outcomes on certified RNG games or live dealer games are subject to the records maintained by gt77's game servers and certified game providers, which shall be considered conclusive in the absence of evidence of technical malfunction.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This choice of jurisdiction is consistent with gt77's PAGCOR licensing status and its position as a platform operated for and within the Philippine market.

gt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gt77 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the gt77 platform homepage for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the gt77 platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.

The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms entered into force. Prior versions of the Terms are available upon written request to gt77 support.
